Reaction to the Nets beatdown of the Lakers?
and I'm not really surprised. I think once this team really starts connecting and then you kind of already seen it already. There's basically no way to guard them. Um, they also have pretty good role players. To Joe Harris has played well, swallow Kabarole has played well. So even the guys that you're not expecting to really hurt you are coming up and playing pretty well. So I mean, I like the Nets to make it to the finals. And assuming neither of the three Big Three gets injured, then I would probably actually have them is the favorite to win it all right now. Yeah. I mean, I think that's I mean, that's right on last night. Yeah, Joe Harris had a quick 21. Um, I mean, I I will say, though, like this game is a little out blowing where? I mean, the Brooklyn Nets shot 46% from downtown on 39 attempts, so it 18 makes and the Lakers shot eight of 30 shooting, 26% eso Part of me is like, you know, yes, Like, this was a big win for the for the nets, but the same the same token I can't get too hyped, especially regular season game. Um, there's certainly dangerous. There's certainly the best team in the East, and I think you're right that the bench is sort of under talked about that. They're having a good season. But if I remember, if I understand correctly, though, Durant didn't even play. So that that is, you know, a little scary. But Joe Harris shooting six for seven. Um, you know that will get you over most good teams, given how good. Kyrie and Harden our as well, right? Right. And I'm curious to see if Spencer did what he makes it back to, because I would just give them another piece to pull off the bench if they really needed it. Absolutely. What? Slight tangent. But what do you think of Wesley Matthews performance on the Lakers? As far, especially as you and I Bucks fans, I actually think he's been playing better with the Lakers than he was with the Bucks. I don't think he's logging as many minutes, but I haven't checked the statistics. But any time that I've checked in on the Lakers game, he looks like he's playing pretty well. Yeah, it looks like he's averaging five points a game. One assist, but he's shooting 37% and, you know, predominantly focused. I believe on defense and then, you know, hitting an occasional three. So right, it's It's certainly just just exactly what It's basically a better Danny Green. And that's all they needed so exactly, Oh.
