I think this will be the new normal, be before 20 years. On the reason being, not only is it does it make sense, uh, from from a cost and economic standpoint, but also just from employees choice. So you know, even when employees don't prefer toe work remotely, they should have the choice to do so. Eso I still see corporate campuses being a thing in 20 years, but instead of, you know, forcing an employee to be a certain location, even during a certain time, there's more flexibility. And I think that's that's kind of the critical change that we see shifting, whereas the power used to be so much held by the employer and now the talent or the employee eyes getting a lot more liberty, and I think that's a really positive thing.
