This is a long question. So I got to read it. Okay, Um, new city, Marc lore. So I may have already answered this question, but I think the notion of a city that that has some of the advantages and benefits of current cities but not some of the disadvantages is compelling. Um, the complexity and, um, requirements to make this happen are obviously gonna be be a huge challenge. And there's gonna be a lot of pessimism. But, you know, for something this potentially this positive, why not be optimistic?
