I agree with Chad that the mall is We know it will go away. And University Village in Seattle was a great example. Chad of where there's high end retail dining in other opportunities, whether it be fitness or other sort of multi use areas. And so I think, uh, the mega mall building structures need to be rethought toe where you have Jim, you have the doctors. You have, uh, some of thesaurus is that, um, people are generally going out and using on a regular basis, but instead all at one location. So I think that's something that could still be a convenience draw and have you really utility on? And maybe this even happens within office space. Um, eso you. You have your gym, your office and medical facilities all at one location. And I think, you know, that's probably the future of shared space.
