Does the name “Lacrosse” hold the sport back?
see, Does the name across hold the sport back? We're question, um, I Do you think it does a little bit? I think I mean part of it. I don't It was necessarily all the name, but the definitely especially 25 30 years ago, you know, there was a total perception of across was this elitist boarding school East Coast sport. That's changed a lot in the last 25 10, 15, 25 years. Um, but yeah. I mean, I had a parent come up to me, and she said that her husband asked her why she signed her kids up for such a posh sport. So I do explain a little bit about it. You know, it's kind of defend that it's not not totally a posh for anymore. Especially not the case in Canada for box behind the name. For whatever reason, it's just, and part of it again is just the history of least lacrosse in the United States. But I think the name does hold it back a little bit. Maybe not. I don't know
