I'd say the most impactful. One for me was thinking fast and slow. I think the most pragmatic and helpful is Jason Freed and D. H H is getting rial. I think that transition from sort of, ah worker horn employees into owning your business. Getting real was by far the most helpful for that. So those two probably kind of sit on top of, ah, pretty long list of great books.
