The Slim Reaper is a great nickname for Kevin Durant. However, I am not a fan of self given nicknames. I believe that the nicknames have to come up organically from fans, teammates, not something that you bestow upon yourself. So I'm all in favor of the Slim Reaper, but I am not in favor of players giving themselves their own nickname.
