I don't think Ben Simmons necessarily needs to have a three point shot, But he does need to be willing to shoot jump shots, because if he doesn't, teams just continue to sag in the playoffs. When you can game plan against one specific player on their weaknesses, he becomes a huge liability. And when you're not willing to shoot the ball, that's worse. I think then, if you're missing, you have to be willing to take shots in order to just loosen things up for the Philly offensive, whatever team Ben Simmons ends up playing for.
