Goodreads plans to shutdown their API. How do you feel Amazon has handled this acquisition?
I think Amazon absolutely squandered, Good reads. I was such a big fan of good reads. And the fact of how many times they mess, especially with the post acquisition, is just saddening. Um, you should be able to load in all of the books you've ever bought on Amazon. They should automatically, you know, pulling their reviews. You should be able at the reviews your friendship will connect with. You can't have conversations about those books, book clubs, all sorts of unique things. Not to mention I should get a notification every time a book is on Good reads. That's on sale on Kindle or on Amazon books. It's just the cross integration to build out more sales for the books platform, and I know it's not a big part of the business, but I'm sure there's a product team working on that. It just seems like that product team is not allowed to touch good reads. And that would drive me nuts if I work in Amazon. So, um, really, really frustrates me
