I love California, Um, but there's there's some serious kind of challenges, especially being in the Bay Area, Um, as, ah, entrepreneur who's built a company in Chicago and Seattle. Now, I think, especially the post covert era being in California, Silicon Valley is, um, less important than it used to be still immense returns and doing that. But, um, I think the way that the kind of the taxation, some of the regulation and some of the way that renting office space in San Francisco things of that nature makes it challenging. And the more obstacles that you put in the way it just adds up and already a very challenging thing. You're trying to invent the future, and then you sort of have to navigate all these other things. So, um, to me, it's probably mawr, the Internet, allowing us to work wherever than it is this, but this is definitely abundant of it.
