What is the most important attribute of an early employee at a startup?
I'll take someone that rolls their sleeves up and is willing to dig into just about anything in the business. You know, I think that obviously there's a spectrum in that you can't necessarily want to roll up your sleeves and every single small little fire. But it's a person who sees a problem in the business, maybe unrelated to their core role, willing to hop in and help the person responsible, Willing to help build a system that can allow that to scale and an attitude that is positive along the way to go do that. I think that is the exact kind of team that, um I value around me in a startup.
