Do you think Impossible Burger & Beyond Meat (lab-grown meat) are the future of meat consumption?
I do think they're the future. Obviously, they need to get the scale on the pricing right. They need to continue toe, prove out the nutritional value. But I think the impacts on the environment are super strong. I think the quality of the taste and the perception that it is meat is super strong. I was thinking, Allows us, you know, move back into sort of like, you know, a nice prepared steak will be a bit of delicacy. So, um, I think it is. And I know Melissa who's big in the nutrition and natural health. Uh, she's actually quite against it. And so that's something her and I've had a lot of debates and discussions about. I think there's concerns about some of the ingredients that are used to make it predominately soy. I won't get into a lot of that. This adds, because I'm ignorant generally, but, um, I do think it's a future, but it's probably more in the scale of 25 to 50 years, his type of time range, that that's on my mind
